How often have you started a 'diet', lost the weight, only to put it all back on again because you weren't given the guidance to help you maintain it?


Firstly, you don't go 'on a diet'. Your diet is what you eat everyday. It could be a healthy diet or an unhealthy one, it's still a diet. When I learnt this, it really changed my perspective of the word 'diet'. Guess what? You can eat anything. It's all about balance.


Secondly, I know it's not easy, I've been there, I know! With the right amount of support and guidance, I can help you get to where you want to be.


The scales are a great information tool but so many people focus on that number and weigh themselves every single day. I know...I've done it! I've been obsessed over that number. However, I lost 10" and no weight when I started my fitness journey. My point is, the scales do not need to be your only way of measuring your progress.


As for maintaining your weight, your fitness levels, your size 14/12 figure, your stronger body, your new healthier you, remember why you started. Always have a plan. Keep your support network open. And follow my 6 step plan. This is not just a diet for Christmas, this is lifestyle for life.
