Life is busy, and worries pile up—but here, you can set them down. The Spring Reset Retreat is a four‑hour sanctuary where you’ll feel embraced from the moment you arrive. At The Spring Reset Retreat, we’ll begin by stepping into nature with a mindful walk along the South Downs—embraced by fresh air and open skies. If the weather keeps us indoors, we’ll awaken the body with a gentle barre session instead. Returning together, you’ll be welcomed with herbal or regular tea, warming treats, and nourishing fruit—comforts that feel like a hug in a mug, shared in good company. From there, we’ll ease into gentle breathwork to prepare the body and mind, flowing naturally into yoga that restores balance and clarity. Finally, deeper breathwork will guide you inward, helping you navigate into a soothing meditation—a space to release worries, feel embraced, and leave lighter, calmer, and renewed.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings to join an online fitness class may be cancelled up until the start of the class. If the fitness instructor is unable to host a session, you will be offered an alternative session, but if this is not suitable, a refund will be offered if you have paid for a specific session. If you are attending a session as part of a membership, alternative sessions will be offered - only if no fitness instructor is available for a longer period of five days or greater will a month's membership be refunded. ​Bookings for a personal training session may be cancelled for a refund up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session. After this, the session fee is non-refundable. If your personal trainer for a sessions becomes unavailable, and alternative session will be offered, but if no a suitable time can be found, a refund for the session will be offered.
