I run five online classes each week where we focus on different parts of the body each day, making you stronger with every workout. You workout in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you - no equipment necessary. Whatever your ability, my workouts are adaptable to your level.
Our private group chat adds extra support - it's like having your own little cheerleaders spurring you on!
My goal is to help you to become the best person you can be. If you are determined and put in the effort, I can help you achieve your best and beyond.

This programme really gave me the boost I needed to get back into fitness again. Like most of us I felt I lost my way and became less interested and less motivated. Well, not anymore!

I have just completed a month of strength training with Rebecca on the Broccoli & Biceps online gym platform and I can honestly say I just loved it.
We started and ended with a fitness test to be able to see the progress made in real terms.
There was a new set of exercises each week day, covering all parts of the body and a lovely rejuvenating stretch class too. Each class has progressions and adaptations to suit your own individual abilities.
Rebecca coaches, demonstrates and explains every move clearly and is on hand if you require further guidance or personal advice.

I have tried various gym memberships and exercise classes over the years but have always found them difficult to fit in around family and work. I've also found them intimidating and disheartening when I can't keep up with everyone. As a result I have given up feeling frustrated, and fed up.
But the beauty of Rebecca's sessions is that you can either attend the live sessions or catch up with the recording whenever it works for you. Rebecca is always welcoming and enthusiastic, and her teaching style is friendly and encouraging. She always gives high and low intensity options, which is perfect for me, and she is keen for us to listen to our bodies and know our own limits.
